Defense Struggles In Victory Over Boston College

In this episode of The Renegade Report, Herc & Nolebra Kai recap the Noles 48-34 victory over Boston College

Jameis Winston

With a first time defensive coordinator bringing in a new defensive scheme, growing pains were expected.  However, after Jeremy Pruitt’s defense allowed Boston College to score 34 points, Nolebra Kai finds himself missing Mark Stoops more than ever before.  While concerned, Herc doesn’t share the same level of frustration and anger.

It was the type of game that FSU probably would’ve lost in years past, instead the offense was able to overcome poor play by the defense and special teams to secure the victory.  Jameis Winston threw for 330 yards, 4 TDs and 1 Int.  He also rushed for 96 yards, although yardage lost on sacks brought his official total down to 67.
